Connection settings

Hinweis

Unfortunately, we cannot promise that every work log event in Jira will result in the data being synchronized with MOCO, as we work with webhooks here.

Atlassian itself also states that delivery by webhooks is not guaranteed (https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/modules/webhook/#handling-the-webhook-event ).

  1. Click on the settings icon

  2. Click on the menu option “Apps”

  1. Select the menu option “Settings”

  2. Select the tab “General configuration”

  3. Enter the URL of your MOCO instance: e.g. https://mymoco.mocoapp.com

  4. Click on the button “Save & test URL”

  1. When the URL is successfully saved and tested, you get a message, as you can see in the screenshot.
