Open the detail view of an Issue e.g. by clicking on the Issue Card in a Kanban Board.

Click on “MOCO time log”.

Click on “Edit” for the time log you want to change.
→ A dialog will open.

List of customers in MOCO that you are allowed to see.

List of projects in MOCO that are related to the customer that has been selected in step 1 and that you are assigned to in MOCO.

List of tasks in MOCO that are related to the project that has been selected in step 2.

Here you can write a short work description of what you have done. This will be saved in the MOCO field “description”.

1. By default the combination of issue key

1. as a tag (https://www.mocoapp.com/funktionen/2-zeiterfassung/inhalt/19-zeiterfassung-pro#376-tags-ids) and the summary will be shown here. You can just overwrite it if you want.

Here you can select the date for that you want to log the time.

1. By default it will show the current date. Of course you can change it to another date.

Enter the amount of time you want to log in Jira and MOCO. You can enter the time in

3 formats

:

• H:M, for example 00:30 for 30 minutes

• Decimal number, for example 0,5 for 30 minutes

• Time in units such as w(weeks), d(days), h(hours) or m(minutes). For example 30m for 30 minutes.

• Numbers without a unit are converted to the format H:M. For example, 2 is converted to 02:00.

Here you can add the Remaining Estimate for the current issue.

1. The value is automatically updated when the time spent (6) is entered.

2. You can use the normal Jira formatting like “2w 3d 6h 45m” for Remaining Estimate.

This field displays the Original Estimate of the issue and is a read-only field.

Click on “Save” to log the time in Jira and MOCO. The dialog will close if everything was successful.

You can close the window by clicking "Cancel". The time will not be logged in Jira or MOCO.

You can close the window by clicking the "X". The time will not be logged in Jira or MOCO.

Open the detail view of an Issue e.g. by clicking on the Issue Card in a Kanban Board.

Click on “MOCO time log”.

Click on “Delete”.
→ A dialog will open.

To adjust the remaining time, check the box like in the screenshot.

Enter the new remaining estimate.

1. By default, the deleted time is added to the remaining estimate.

Click on “Delete” to remove the time log in Jira and MOCO and adjust the remaining estimate. You get a confirmation message if everything was successfull.

You can close the window by clicking "Cancel". Nothing will be deleted in Jira or MOCO.

You can close the window by clicking the "X". Nothing will be deleted in Jira or MOCO.
