How to set an Issue default value

Set the toggle to checked like in the screenshot Select a Customer Is a required field Has to be selected before you can select Project and Task

Click on “Save” to set the issue default value for the current Issue If a default value was already set for the Issue and you did not save your new selection, you can revert to the default value that is currently saved for that Issue.

How to remove a single Issue default value
If you no longer want a default value for the Issue, you can remove it with the following steps:

| 3 | If you no longer want to have a default value for the Project, click on the delete icon in the field. If you no longer want to have a default value for the Task, click on the delete icon in the field. Click on “Save”.

When you remove the Issue default value, the project default value will be shown next time if you have set one. |

How to remove all Issue default values
If you no longer want the default values for the Issue, you can remove them with the following steps:
