New location for the time recording, timer and time bar ( Log time on MOCO projects in Jira).

Advanced synchronization: Possibility to use other time tracking providers ( Log time on MOCO projects in Jira, Admin Guide - configure the global connection settings).

Pagination: MOCO time logs are now paged to reduce loading time and time-outs.

Bug fixes: If an error message occurs when logging the time in Jira, the time will not be recorded in MOCO. The remaining estimated time is calculated correctly.
