This issue can have several reasons. Please make sure that you set the global configuration and your personal API token correctly.
If there are no mistakes in the configuration, please watch for a notification in Jira after logging your working hours.
Appears a green notification that says "Logged hours in MOCO" and the hours stillt won't be displayed in MOCO, please contact our support (marketplacevendorsupport@scolution.de).
